Returns & Refunds Policy – Croissound

Returns

At Croissound, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your request is accepted, we will send you return instructions.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (wrong size, ordered by mistake, etc.), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
No restocking fee is charged.

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, Croissound will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged Items or Wrong Order

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@croissound.ca so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Except where otherwise required by law, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items or final sale items

  • Personalized or made-to-order products

  • Perishable goods or personal care products, for hygiene reasons

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your original purchase, then place a new order once your return is accepted.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is lost or does not arrive at its destination, we will open an investigation with the carrier.
If the loss is confirmed, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Posting times may vary depending on your financial institution.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@croissound.ca.

Legal Warranty (Québec)

In accordance with Québec’s Consumer Protection Act, all products sold by Croissound are covered by the legal warranty.

This warranty provides that goods must:

  • be fit for the purposes for which goods of that kind are normally used;

  • have reasonable durability, taking into account the price paid and the conditions of use.

This warranty applies at no additional cost, even if no warranty is mentioned.
If an issue arises, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
