Shipping Policy – Croissound

At Croissound, we do our best to ship your orders quickly and with full transparency.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, when available.

🚚 Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2 to 7 business days

  • United States: 5 to 10 business days

  • International: 7 to 20 business days

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Croissound is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or any event outside of our control.

💲 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • your delivery address,

  • the package weight and dimensions,

  • the shipping method selected.

Any shipping-related promotion (e.g., free shipping) will be clearly indicated on the website.

🌍 Customs and Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside Canada, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping fees charged by Croissound.

🏠 Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Croissound cannot be held responsible for packages that are not delivered due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address,

  • absence at the time of delivery,

  • refusal of the package.

Additional fees may apply for reshipment.

📍 Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us at info@croissound.ca.

We will open an investigation with the carrier.
If the loss is confirmed, a full refund (including any shipping fees paid) will be issued.

📦 Items Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at info@croissound.ca, and include photos of the package and the items.

We will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
